Health Promotion for People with MS

Are you interested in knowing more about how health management can help you better manage your multiple sclerosis?

I am seeking: 1) people diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, 2) age between 18 to 65, and 3) living in the community
to participate in a health promotion study for individuals with MS. Your participation will contribute to health promotion knowledge and practice for people with MS. You can help by taking a health survey that will take you 30-45 minutes to complete.
